My personal goal as a Realtor is "Service for Life," and to that end, it is my pleasure to present a monthly newsletter to you, covering a broad range of topics.

In addition to information related to real estate, my Service for Life newsletters provide helpful hints for everyday living, interesting trivia, and some jokes, quotes and word plays to bring levity to your day.  Each month features a contest with a special prize to the winner.  Additionally, I regularly feature foster dogs & cats who need loving "forever homes."  (This month we are trying to find homes for two adorable miniature schnauzers, littermates Brody & Brady.)  I welcome suggestions and contributions from readers and routinely incorporate them into each issue, so please send me your favorite quotations, trivia and articles. 

I genuinely hope you enjoy this month's issue.  The timely subjects of foreclosures and short sales are addressed, and in the near future, an entire section of this website will be devoted to not only providing information about those processes, but also links to applicable forms and distressed property listings.
